Use of the app

You may use Oanh Tran Apps only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Intellectual property

Oanh Tran retains all rights, title, and interest in the app, including all related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the app except as permitted by law.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time by posting the revised version at https://oanhtranthi.pages.dev/terms.

Third-party services

The app may link to or rely on third-party services (such as the App Store). Their separate terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Oanh Tran is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms or if we stop offering the app.

Apple App Store — additional terms

The following terms apply because Oanh Tran Apps is distributed through the Apple App Store:

Acknowledgement. You and Oanh Tran acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Oanh Tran only, and not with Apple. Oanh Tran, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.

Scope of license. The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Maintenance and support. Oanh Tran is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app.

Warranty. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Any other warranty claims are solely Oanh Tran's responsibility.

Product liability. Oanh Tran, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your use of it, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) claims that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

Intellectual property. In the event of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim related to the app, Oanh Tran, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

Third-party beneficiary. You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
